Moroccan Travel Terms and Conditions

By booking with Let’s Visit Morocco, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before finalizing your reservation.

To confirm your tour, a deposit may be required. Full payment instructions will be provided at the time of booking. Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other methods agreed upon in advance.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, the following conditions will apply based on the timing of your cancellation:

• More than 15 days before the scheduled departure: A refund will be issued, with applicable administrative fees deducted.
• Within 15 days of the departure date: The initial deposit becomes non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours or failure to show up on the day of departure: No refund can be granted.

Itineraries may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, road closures, local events, or safety concerns. Whenever possible, we will provide alternative arrangements of equal or higher value.

We strongly recommend all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, lost or delayed luggage, trip cancellations, and personal incidents.

Let’s Visit Morocco acts as a travel organizer and intermediary. We are not responsible for the actions or services of third-party providers unless negligence can be proven.

Guests are expected to:

• Provide accurate personal information at the time of booking.
• Respect local customs, laws, and cultural practices.
• Follow all safety instructions provided by guides or drivers.

Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking to ensure your safety and comfort throughout the tour.
